Casino Payout Percentages

Report of the independent Audit Department of IGW Software N.A. suppliers of gaming software to VIP Casinos.

We have examined the data log files for the period April 1, 2005 to June 30, 2005 as recorded in the VIP Casino database. The scope of this review did not include any reviews of financial controls or back-office procedures, including those relating to amounts received from, or paid to, clients of the VIP Casino.

The average payout percentage, which is calculated as the percentage of winnings to wagered amounts as recorded by the data log files for the following categories were:

All games:
97.65%

Blackjack:
98.11%

The percentages do not necessarily reflect the results of any individual game at VIPcasinos, nor the future payout of any of these games.

In our opinion, these payout percentages have been correctly calculated based on the amounts wagered and the winnings during the stated period.
