Boxing Betting

VIP Sportsbook covers boxing, including Heavyweight title bouts, middle-weight division, light-weight mathcups and more across all major boxing organisations e.g. WBO, WBC, WBA, IBF etc. Some of our betting markets include:

Moneyline for each contest
Round Propositions

If a fight ends in a draw - and the draw was on the board as one of the options available to bet on, those bets on the draw are paid, and the bets on fighters lose and are not refunded.

If the fight ends in a draw - and the draw was not on the board as one of the options available to bet on, bets on either fighter are refunded.

At the start of the first round (by the bell) the bout is considered official for betting purposes, regardless of the scheduled length or title.

In round proposition betting, the fight must go the scheduled length for bets to live / have action.

A full round for betting purposes, is between when the bell sounds to start the round and when the bell sounds to finish the round.

The official stopping of a round before the sounding of the bell - is not a full round.

If one or both fighters do not answer the bell for a round, the fight is If the scheduled number of rounds is changed, 'pick the round' bets are declared void.

Moneyline Wagers
VIP also offers moneyline wagers on boxing. Moneylines are simply a bet on one of the fighters to win the fight.

Example
A player could choose one of two bets on the following matchup:
Holyfield -140 v Lewis +100.
If Holyfield wins then the player laid USD 140.00 to win USD 100.00. If Lewis wins then the player who bet USD 100.00 wins USD 100.00. (Note: winnings are pure profits as stakes are returned).

Round Propositions
VIP offer round proposition bets too. Round propositions are like over/under bets. The fight simply must go over or under the number of rounds bet on.

Example
The Round Proposition line for the Holyfield v Lewis fight is posted at: Over 8 1/2 rounds -195 Under 8 1/2 rounds +175.

A player could choose one of two Round Proposition Wagers on this fight: Over 8 1/2 -195 - If the fight goes more than 8 1/2 rounds, then the player laid USD 195.00 to win USD 100.00. Under 8 1/2 +175 - If the fight goes less than 8 1/2 rounds, then the player who bet USD 100.00 wins $175.00.

If the fight goes to 1:31 of the 10th round the "over" bet wins.
