to win a game. The market is based on a given price rather than a point spread.
Puck Lines may be offered at VIP's discretion.
Moneyline Bet (example):
The posted line on a hockey game is the Boston Bruins -150 at the Tampa Bay Lightning +125.
A player could choose one of two moneyline bets on this game.
Bet on the Bruins -150:
If the Bruins win then the player who bet USD 150.00 wins USD 100.00.
Bet on the Lightning +125:
If the Lightning win then the player who bet USD 100.00 wins USD 125.00.
Puck Line bet:
The posted line on a hockey game is Boston -1 1/2 +130 at Tampa Bay +1 1/2 -150.
A player could choose one of two Puck Line bets on this matchup -
Boston -1
1/2 +130: - If Boston win by 2 goals or more, then the player who bet USD 100.00
wins USD 130.00.
Tampa Bay at +1 1/2 -150: If Tampa win the game, or lose by only
one goal, then the player who bet USD 150.00 wins USD 100.00.
Totals (over/under) Betting:
VIP also offers Total (over/under) betting. On an over/under wager, the total goals of the game by both teams,
extra innings included, must be over or under the "+" or "-" total selected.
Example:
The posted total on a hockey game is 5 1/2 Under -120 Over +102.
A player could choose one of two Total (over/under) wagers on this matchup.
Over 5 1/2 +102: If the total goals of both teams combined are more than 5
1/2, then the player bet USD 100.00 to win USD 102.00.
Under 5 1/2 -120: If the total
goals of both teams combined are less than 5 1/2, then the player who bet USD 120.00
wins USD 100.00.
