VIP Sports Group - Sportsbook Rules
These terms and conditions form an agreement between our betting group (hereinafter referred to as "VIP") and the registered user, hereafter referred to as the "member". The member's acceptance of this agreement will be triggered by submission of the membership application form. All rules, regulations and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management without prior written notice to the member. All monetary figures discussed are in United States Dollars ($/USD). It is advised that you print out all Rules and Regulations for your reference.
VIP relies entirely upon the information given to us by the member in the application/form in order to establish a betting account. VIP is not, therefore, responsible for any form of misrepresentation by the member.
Company is fully licensed and allowed to operate in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles; therefore, to ensure complete legality, all transactions and bets will be considered originating from and governed by the laws of the Netherlands Antilles.
VIP reserves the right to request official identification of the member, and/or proof of the authenticity of any credit cards used for transactions with our company.
The member agrees to take appropriate action to keep secret his/her Username, Password and other relevant information provided by VIP. The customer/member is liable for any unauthorized use of his/her gambling account.
All funds received by VIP from the member are deposited into a secure escrow account. So funds are ringfenced from the main company.
Credit card actions are processed by the parent Company, VIP Management Services Limited (Europe) .

This agreement falls under the authority of The Netherlands Antilles. Disputes or claims, which arise directly or
indirectly out of this agreement, will be heard in a Netherlands Antilles court. VIP has the right to apply to other courts for any injunction or other remedy to restrain the member from committing any breach of this agreement between us and for consequential loss relief.
Internet gambling is not legal in some jurisdictions. You should therefore check all applicable information and laws in your place of residence.
In line with the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles no one under eighteen years of age is permitted to make a bet.
VIP's rules are clearly shown within this website, on the lines pages and elswhere. You can also contact us for clarification on any issue.
These rules are subject to change without prior notice to the customer or member.
Wager maximums and minimums are at the discretion of VIP, and can be amended on a case-by-case basis. VIP also has the right to limit or refuse the taking of any bet at any time.
Maximum win from any bet or one player in any one calendar day shall be $100,000 (USD).
All sporting events must take place on the date scheduled unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or
re-scheduled, then that event will be "NO ACTION" unless otherwise stated. No action means all stakes for that event will be returned to the member. More information can be found on our lines / odds pages.
The winner of an event, or game, will be decided on the date of the event's completion, in accordance with VIP's betting rules.
VIP does not recognize suspended games, protest games, overturned decisions, etc. for betting purposes.
In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, VIP reserves the right to call all bets ‘No Action’ and return all stake money accordingly.
In all futures or ante post betting (Super Bowl, etc.) the winner as determined by the relevant league (eg NFL) authority will also be declared the winner for betting purposes.
Dead Heat Rule For Win/First Place - when there is a dead heat for 1st place the amount bet is divided by the number of competitors in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided portion, with the rest of the stake money being lost. For Place/Show/Top 4 betting - when there is a dead heat where the number of tied competitors exceeds the places for that particular bet, the stake money/amount bet is multiplied by the number of places on offer but divided by the number of tied entrants. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the money bet being lost.
Example - A three way tie for third on a top four bet would result in the stake money /amount wagered being multiplied by two but divided by three.
Dead Heat rules do not apply to events where a price is offered for the draw or tie.
Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.
All casino gambles must be placed through the user interface provided by the casino on its web pages. Any internet betting through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. Where use of non-approved client software is detected, VIP management has the right to invalidate all such bets or gambles after the detection, cancel the player's account, or take other appropriate action.
Members found using multiple browsers and/or found attempting to manipulate or ascertain information concerning the casino software code will forfeit all winnings and become deactivated as a Company member.
Should funds be credited to a client's account in error by; human error, technical malfunction, payout miscalculation or other means - it is the member's responsibility to notify VIP of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error, whether related to the error or not, shall be considered invalid and returned to Company.
VIP reserves the right to limit any customer to a single account at a VIP Management Services property, and to limit any bonuses on offer to one account within the VIP family of sportsbooks, casinos and poker rooms. VIP reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without notice in cases where VIP, at its sole discretion, decides that this action is appropriate. Members found opening or using multiple/other accounts in an attempt to manipulate sports betting limits, to gain bonuses to which they are not entitled or masking their true identity will forfeit winnings and will have their accounts closed.
All online transactions are saved to a 'file' and then saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both
management and member agree that the file tape back-up shall act as the final decision tool in such a dispute and all bets will be adjusted accordingly.
Claims must be lodged within twenty-four hours from the time the bet was made. No claims will be honoured after this
time. The member is responsible for confirming the accuracy of all actions on his account.
Wagers placed via telephone are recorded on a tape system. In case of disputes, the tape will be replayed and the bet
as stated on the tape will be deemed final.
VIP may refuse a deposit bonus to anyone at any time. If you have any questions as to your eligibility,
please contact VIP.
If a member's account remains dormant for a period of a year / twelve months, VIP reserves the right to close the account and assume ownership of any and all outstanding balance left in the account.
Our bonus program is intended for recreational punters only. Players considered by VIP a abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked at the discretion of VIP.
We are unable to accept players who live in the Netherlands.
Please Note:
We do not give bonuse to members from the Peoples Republic of China or Nevada (USA).
Casino bonuses are not available to players from Israel.
